JOB: Innovation Technology Developer
I HAVE A DREAM JOB in my (albeit) small country's top academia/research institution.
NOT corporate rat race at all!
No politics, no hidden stuff, etc. Just a bunch of dream, super friendly, honest and fair nerds like me.
The same "the boss". (If you really have an urge to insist on that word.) The biggest outdoor rock/heavy/crazyshit concert this year - "Ok, let's go, don't forget to buy tickets ahead." Paperwork/administrative/norms/regulations "anarchist": he cares only about quality job done. When, where, fast or not - DOESNT MATTER AT ALL.
NOT old stinky academia where the most make living from grants. Unfortunately, in 80 % not deserved.
MY SC CENTRE tightly COOPERATES WITH INDUSTRY, SMEs, even start-ups and generates income on its own.
Therefore, we are formally under an umbrella of big CZ university but, in fact, we got an UNBELIEVABLY STRONG INDEPENDENCE and ALMOST COMPLETE FREEDOM from bureaucracy of the University. They "pwned" by us to a major degree.
OTHER AMAZING PASSIONS OF MINE:
* MY LOVE: much younger girlfriend (but read all Dostoevskys, me not). Beautiful crazy non-conformist fairy I love more and more for 2+ yrs. My another DREAM came true - discovered SOUL-MATE<333
* BJJ before C19: a strict and regular martial art trainings. Brazilian Jui-Jitsu is the best sport on Earth. I won't discuss that (some tips below).

You will DISCOVER A COMPLETELY new REALM of possibilities. Realm of you controlling material environment, not the other way around! Cannot be explained, must be hard gained in 6 months full of pain.
