The Neighborhood Pride program is a collection of several small projects by city departments, neighborhood groups, individual residents, businesses and schools to make the neighborhood safer and cleaner.
Neighborhood Pride was created to improve community activism, built sustainable neighborhood/city relationships, empower neighborhoods and business to work closely with the City.

Core of the program is the Neighborhood Pride week which is providing services and projects:
street cleaning, pothole repair, bulk trash pick-up, litter and graffiti clean ups, trimming of City trees, speed trailers to monitor speed; and mow and repair to neighborhood parks and recreational areas, Inspection of the exterior of houses and businesses, free meals, health screenings and a loan office.
Neighborhood Pride is a year round program, with the Mobile City Hall and the Bicycle Safety Festivals held at festivals across the City [1]
